PredNext Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) shall comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (the Personal Information Protection Act) and other relevant laws and regulations, as well as this Privacy Policy.

Article 1 (Personal Information)

“Personal Information” shall refer to “personal information” as defined in the Personal Information Protection Act.

The Company shall acquire personal information through appropriate means.

Article 3 (Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information)

The Company shall use personal information for the following purposes. Except in cases permitted by the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations, the Company shall not use personal information beyond this scope without the consent of the individual.

• Provision and operation of the Company’s services
• Response to inquiries
• Necessary communications such as maintenance and important notices
• Other purposes incidental to the above purposes

Article 4 (Third-Party Provision of Personal Information)

The Company shall comply with the Personal Information Protection Act and other laws and regulations regarding the provision of personal information to third parties.

Article 5 (Requests for Notification of Purpose of Use, Disclosure, Correction, etc., and Suspension of Use, etc. of Personal Information)

When the Company receives a request from an individual for notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of third-party provision of personal information, the Company shall, after confirming that the requester is the individual in question, respond sincerely and promptly in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act.

However, if the request does not meet the requirements stipulated in the Personal Information Protection Act, or if there are grounds recognized by the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations to refuse disclosure, etc., the Company may not respond to the request.

Additionally, please note that we may charge a fee for notification of purpose of use and disclosure.

Article 6 (Continuous Improvement)

The Company shall periodically review the operational status of the handling of personal information and strive for continuous improvement. This Privacy Policy may be changed as necessary.
